Group Therapy

Group Therapy offers a supportive and inclusive environment in which to deal with issues and concerns in a safe space with like-minded individuals. Sharing fears and issues together often helps to combat feelings of isolation and loneliness.


Group Therapy is a positive way to build relationships and a support network to help with processing issues.Team building and leadership programs can also benefit from structured group therapy sessions and help to encourage self-confidence and self-esteem.


Altogether Psychology Services offers group therapy on a case by case basis. Throughout the year we offer group programs with a specific focus, for example anger management support.
