Anger Management

Anger is a common human emotion and experiencing times of anger is normal. It is how we react to and express anger that can create difficulties.

 

Expressing anger in a negative, abusive or violent manner is unacceptable. Rather than trying to stifle anger, we need to learn how to manage anger in a healthy way that recognizes the feeling while not causing harm to anyone else.

 

Questions to ask yourself

 

* Do you feel that sometimes you have trouble controlling your temper?

* Have you ever become angry and regretted your actions later?

* Have you ever lost control of your anger & become violent or abusive?

* Has anyone ever commented on your anger?
