COVID-19

Practice Information

During this difficult time the health and safety of our clients and the community are our first and foremost priority. With the cold and flu season upon us again and with COVID-19 occurring we wanted to update you on the impacts to your sessions with us at Altogether Psychology Services.

What we are doing about COVID-19?

We have now returned to face to face counselling sessions and are looking forward to welcoming our clients back to the practice. We continue to ensure your health and safety by practicing the highest levels of hygiene and following all QLD Health guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will still be offering telehealth services for those clients who wish to continue with this, so please advise us upon making your appointment if you would like a phone or online counselling session.

Cancellations

While we will continue with our standard cancellation policy, if you cancel outside of the 24 hour period or cancel due to sickness, we will take your circumstances into consideration and establish appropriate action (such as waiving the cancellation fee charged). We do however, request you provide us with as much notice as possible as we have a lengthy list of people waiting for appointments.
